According to the undang-undang (law) number of the 24 year 2007 about disaster management, the disaster management is an cycle of the three steps of management, they are; pre disaster, during disaster, and post disaster. The whole disaster management process is should ideally based on the management of pre-disaster. In the management itself, the process to manage something is started from the identification of hazard types, assessment of risk, planning, the disaster risk reduction (DRR), acrion of DRR, monitoring of DRR application, and evaluation.The action during disaster which mainly consist of evacuation and rescue the victims are based on the planning prepared in the pre-disaster period.
