In this research, specific individuals for community representative was elaborate to maximize the depth of information. Purposing idea to use NJOP and ZNT data to obtain land price from the local tax office as basic information. This formula basically can be use also as based number of price which actually used also by the community in the land pricing. This dynamic formula has used to estimate future loss on land price due to sea-level rise IPCC scenario.
