Study on the other possible applications of the available tie points of the basepoints in Indonesia. Hal 117-123

With a methods of reviewing literatures and theory on various surveys and mapping applications in general, this paper outlines the opportunities of other uses of the points mainly to coastal areas in Indonesia. Among the various applications there are tie points for terrestrial mapping, for aerial photography and satellite imageries, for large-scale mapping of construction, to monitoring of shoreline change, for the development of fist and salt ponds, and various other developments. Results of this study will provide an efficient and effective use of geospatial data and information on the tie points in the development of subsequents benefits for the survey andmapping in coastal areas throught Indonesia.
