Digital data editing system

A requirement within a computerized map andchart production process is editing of the digitized data prior to the final copy. This paper drscribes an off-line editing subssystem of the semi-automated cartography system developed by the U.S. Army Engineer topographic LAboratory (USAETL) at Fort Belvoir and the Defense Mapping Agency (DMA) production centers.
