This SOP-Tourism Crisis Management: Activation of Tourism Crisis Center (TCC) book is part of the Ministry of Tourism commitment to creating a sustainable tourism industry. This book was compiled by referring to a number of guidelines on disaaster andling, crisis communication, and the Ministry of Tourism practices in handling tourism crises together with concerned stakeholders. The scope of this SOP begins with the activatiion of the tourism crisis center (TCC) at the emergency response satate and stops with its disbandment at the post crisis recovery stage.
