A domain model for land administration

There is an urgent need for cadastral maps and land registries worldwidw - but I also learned that it is very complex to find simple solutions for theintroduction or improvement of land administration systems. Thoso systems are worldwide recognised as being important for goverments need information to goven. Accessible information on people to land relationships is crucial here, for sustainable economicand infrastructural development andinterrelated spatial planning, for resource and environmental management, fordisaster management. All this is about today's challenges as change in climate,problem with draught and access to water, unequal access to land lacking social justice, food shortage and agrowing urban population with a complex urban rural interface.
