[et al.], The anonymous reviewer provided excellent feedback and suggestions for improving the book. Some of the material in Chapter 6 has previously been published in Stradsbjerg, J. (2008). The cartographic production of territorial space ; mapping and state formation in early modern Denmark, Geopolitics 13 (2) : 335-58... dst.
