Report on a reconnaissance mission to study the operational requirements (Dok.No.12/1977)

This report gives a general summary of the major findings and recommendations of the mission. More detailed reports on the aerial photography and the geodetic control aspects have been written by Mr. Hardy and Mr. Doucette and are attached as appendices A and B. The Doppler satellite receiver operations will be a complex and difficcult project and will required complete cooperation between the staff of the contractor and Bakosurtanal to ensure its successful completion. From my observations, this will not be a problem.
