1. The Meeting commenced at 9.00 am on the 19th of June, 1989. Prof JAcub Rais, head of the Indonesian Delegation was elected chairman of the meeting. Members of the delegation from Indonesian and Papua New Guinea are attached as annex A and annex B, respectively. 2. The meeting adopted the following agenda: a. opening b. matters arising out of the (-) 8th joint technical sub-committee meeting in port moresby, 1988, (-) 7th joint border committee meeting in Medan, 1988. c.
