In relation to the heading, this report contains the following: firstly, an account of the progress achieved up to August 31, 1979; secondly, a re appraisal in view of project developments and recent needs. Project achievements are set out in paragraph 2 of this report. These achievements, on the one hand, form the basis for further developments and project activities, on the other they also bring forth the necessity for review whether there need to be adjusments in the original set-up in order for the project goals to be better archieved. This review is given in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Report.
